Regarding the updated journal policy

Dear authors and readers!

We would like to announce that the protocol of the Scientific and Innovation Council (SIC) of the Institute No. 2 dated 06/02/2025 approved the editorial board of the documents with amendments and additions regulating the journal's development directions - the Regulation on the journal, Publication Ethics, the Regulation on Reviewing and the Policy regarding the Detection of Plagiarism. We would like to draw your attention, in particular, to the change in the cost of publishing an article.

Before submitting the materials, it is recommended to review the journal's updated requirements.

Dear authors and readers! We announce the establishment of the amount of payment for the publication of a scientific article in the journal Bulletin of the ILLI RK, starting from the 2nd quarter of 2024, i.e. from No.2(77)-2024. The payment is:

1) for employees of the ILLI – 10 thousand tenge,

2) for employees of ILLI in collaboration with third–party authors - 20 thousand tenge,

3) for third–party authors - 20 thousand tenge,

4) for foreign authors without co–authors of the Republic of Kazakhstan - free of charge,

5) for authors with a Hirsch index of more than 10 – free of charge.

Payment at the final stage, after passing all the stages of reviewing, is carried out according to the details:

Dear future authors of articles!

Due to the editor's working leave from July 11 to August 10 this year, the procedure for submitting articles for publication in the Bulletin of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is suspended.
