Requirements for published articles

1. The editorial board of the journal asks the authors to comply with the established requirements for articles. Articles that do not meet the formal requirements are not accepted for publication and are returned to the authors.
Conditions of publication of the article:
1) the article submitted for publication should be an independent, complete, characterized by internal unity study of the actual problem;
2) be previously unpublished;
3) possess novelty;
4) contain the formulation and solution of the problem (problem);
5) reflect the main results of the study;
6) comply with the rules of registration;
7) the structure of the scientific article should include the title, annotations, keywords, main provisions, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, information on funding (if available), references.
The text of the article is carefully proofread and signed by the author(s), who is responsible for the originality of the research and the scientific and theoretical level of the published material.
When carrying out the procedure of bilateral anonymous "blind" review of an article provided in a foreign language, the reviewer may provide a review in the state or russian languages. At the request of the editorial board, the author provides a version of the article in the state or russian languages.

2. Rules for the design of the article:
1) the text of the article is formatted in Microsoft Word format with a volume of 10 to 20 thousand characters, Times New Roman font, size 14 pt., in one interval, line spacing - single, formatting - width, paragraph indentation - 1.25 cm, margins - 20 mm on all sides, numbering is mandatory at the bottom in the center of the page. At the discretion of the editorial board of the journal, the article of no more than 25.000 characters may be allowed for publication. The articles exceeding 25.000 characters may be considered for publication in several parts within subsequent issues or in the current issue at the discretion of the editorial board;
2) the article must contain the UDC index (Universal Decimal Classifier);
3) Information on the authors is filled in Kazakh, Russian, English. They should contain the following information:
- Surname, First Name, Patronymic (in full),
- position,
- academic title, academic degree,
- place of work (full name of the institution that the author represents),
- city, country; contact details (e-mail) of the author (or authors).
4) If the number of authors is 2 or more, the author's surname for correspondence is marked with an asterisk, indicating in the footnote that this person is the author for correspondence;
5) The title of the article, an abstract of 200-250 words (recommendations for the preparation of annotations), 5-10 keywords are made in Kazakh, Russian and English after the annotation;
6) The article should contain footnotes to the literature, arranged according to the list in square brackets. Numbering is carried out as the citation. Electronic resources that do not specify the author of the material, statistical collections, regulatory legal acts are indicated in page-by-page footnotes and are not included in the list of references. When the source is re-cited, it is assigned the number of the original citation. The reference lists of literature are also drawn up in the Roman alphabet (References). On the website http://translit.ru there is a program for transliterating the Russian language into Latin. Self-citation of the author is allowed no more than 20% of the number of sources in the list of references. References to unpublished works are not allowed.

7) The editorial board recommends familiarize yourself with the works of scientists of the Institute on the subject of work and refer to publications in the journal (see http://www.zqai.kz/ru/page-vestnik-journals ), articles from journals on global citation indexes (Scopus, Web of Science, Thomson Reuters).

3. Attached documents to the article:
1) application signed by the author (application for publication);
2) authors who do not have an academic degree send a scanned copy of the review signed by the supervisor/consultant and certified by the seal of the institution.

4. The text, designed in accordance with the rules for the design of the article, is uploaded to the System.
The selection of materials for the current issue is determined by editorial plans.

5. Articles are accepted for consideration in strict compliance with the requirements for published articles and the availability of all accompanying documents.
