PLENARY SESSION AS SUBJECT OF LAW EXPOSITORY ACTIVITY OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTA

Abstract

In article law expository activity of Plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation, opinions of academic lawyers granting to the Supreme Court the Republic of Kazakhstan the right of a legislative initiative of the questions connected with administration of justice is offered, and to assign its realization to Plenary session.
