Bulletin of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a peer-reviewed open access law scientific journal. Publication in the Bulletin in some cases is paid.

Dear authors and readers! We announce the establishment of the amount of payment for the publication of a scientific article in the journal Bulletin of the ILLI RK, starting from the 2nd quarter of 2024, i.e. from No.2(77)-2024. The payment is:
- for employees of the ILLI – 10 thousand tenge,
- for employees of ILLI in collaboration with third–party authors - 20 thousand tenge,
- for third–party authors - 20 thousand tenge,
- for foreign authors without co–authors of the Republic of Kazakhstan - free of charge,
- for authors with a Hirsch index of more than 10 – free of charge.
Payment at the final stage, after passing all the stages of reviewing, is carried out according to the details:
