Strengthening the independence and autonomy of the judiciary in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as one of the branches of state power, is an unchanging course of judicial reforms. The relevance of this goal of increasing the efficiency of the judicial process is marked by new socio-political demands of the current stage of the country's historical development.
The independence and autonomy of the judiciary in the Republic of Kazakhstan as constitutional and legal categories are directly related to the independence and sovereignty of the state itself. Only a politically and economically independent state that has the sovereignty of all its state-legal and social institutions can guarantee effective judicial and legal protection of the rights and freedoms of its citizens, the protection of national interests based on traditional geopolitical, cultural and state-legal values.
