REVEALING AND SOLVING OF THE PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ECOLOGY DURING CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF NUCLEAR POWER STATIONS IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE EAEU

Abstract

The article is dedicated to formulate the problem of the normative legal regulation of ensuring a clean environment in the conditions of construction and operation of nuclear power stations in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and to solve them properly. The author shows all legislation of the EAEU in the use of nuclear energy and ensuring radiation safety during production of this energy, and makes their comparative legal analysis.
