The article «Problems and Prospects of Classifying Administrative Offenses in the Context of the Reform of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan» by the authors Zhumagulov M.I. and Zhumagulov D.M., published in the journal Bulletin of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (volume 80, number 4, 2025), pp. 85-96, DOI 10.52026/2788-5291_2025_80_4_85 was retracted due to receiving a negative reviewer's opinion.
