EDITORIAL OFFICE
The editorial board of the journal works on the improvement of the publishing policy in accordance with international standards. It is reflected in the improvement of the quality of the content of academic publications, the representativeness and the accessibility of the Bulletin. Within the framework of approximation to international standards, the journal uses the methodology of two-way anonymous ("blind") peer review of articles, according to the results of which the editorial board of the journal makes a decision on the publication of an article.
