Abstract

The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of law enforcement activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan that ensure constitutional control. Thus as its object the author highlights the guarantees of protection of human rights and freedoms as an essential element of a legal state. Organizational and practical measures that will increase the level of trust in the law enforcement agencies are highlighted among the priorities.
