Abstract

This paper is devoted to the novels of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on rehabilitation and bankruptcy. The article presents a comparative analysis of bankruptcy procedures under the Law of RK as of January 21, 1997 № 67-I «On Bankruptcy" (repealed) and the Law of RK as of March 7, 2014 № 176-V «On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy." Based on the analysis identified and defined the distinctive moments and the degree of significance of the new procedures and rehabilitation of bankruptcy.
