ACTUAL PROBLEMS IT IS CUSTOMS-TARIFNOY POLITICIANS OF THE CUSTOMS UNION AT A MODERN STAGE

Abstract

In this article the main directions of customs and tariff policy of the Customs union are considered, it is noted that with transition to innovative economy the role of customs and tariff measures raises. The special attention is paid to the widespread instrument of state regulation of foreign trade - to a customs tariff, its types and the basic principles are analyzed. Besides, the author covers separate problems of legislative definition of the customs duty and tariff privileges, the essence of tariff quotas reveals, main objectives of customs and tariff regulation are allocated.
