IMPLEMENTATION AS A LEGAL INSTITUTION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal nature of the implementation. The author examines the history of the formation of the theory of implementation, analyzes the existing legal science perspective on the nature of the implementation process and distinguishes between the definitions of «transformation» and «implementation». Thoroughly analyzed the problem of improving the legislation in the process of implementation of international law into domestic law.
