Abstract

To date, a large number of contracts arises pursuant to bidding. Trading in turn, are usually held in the form of competition and auctions. In this article the author gives a definition of the auction, however, there is not only difference but also signs of similarity contest and auction.
The article also analyzes the various problems as a form of auction bidding.
