READMISSION IN THE PLANNED BILATERAL AGREEMENTS OF KAZAKHSTAN WITH EUROPEAN AND OTHER COUNTRIES

Abstract

This article explains the concept of «readmission», analyzes the content of the draft bilateral agreements of Kazakhstan with Bulgaria, Moldova, Hungary and other countries on the readmission of persons. Wishing to contribute to the improvement of the texts of these agreements, the author examines the norms of these agreements at a critical angle of view and formulates concrete proposals to address the shortcomings in these treaty texts.
