FORENSIC SIMULATION IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIME IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the development of the modeling method in forensic science and the use of types of models created for the purpose of forensic in vestigation. We study the forensic details of modeling of criminal activity with in the criminological characteristics of crimes, the necessity of developing a comprehensive characteristics of crimes and the formation of forensic models of criminal activity on the basis of simulations. The authordefines the essence of forensic modeling, its components, and in the investigation of crimes.
