Abstract

This article describes the social, economic, political and legal prerequisites for the formation of the Criminal Code in 1996 noted that the main task of reforming the legislation was necessary to get rid of the existing criminal law of the Soviet political and ideological, as well as adequate raegirovanie new challenges.
