ASSISTANT OF THE JUVENILE JUDGE WITH THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SOCIAL WORKER

Abstract

The article focuses on the development of juvenile justice in Republic of Kazakhstan. An important factor in the formation and development of juvenile justice is the presence in the juvenile justice system in the fundamental principles – social saturation.   The author of this article writes about the role of the social works, analyzes the international experience, legislation and it’s vision of the functions of the social works as an assistant jungle in the administration of juvenile justice.
