PERSONAL SPECIFICITY OF CONVICTS COMMITTED THE VIOLENCE IN PRISONS

Abstract

The article considers the questions of the violence in society and its history, as well as notion of the violence itself. The Republic Kazakhstan tries to personify the principles nonviolence, both in external, and in internal politician. But here is limits of the state violence can and must be limited by civil society on measure of its development, openness, tolerance and prospects of the achievement best democratic sample to contemporaneity.
