Abstract

In the article the legal contents of the law of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space, the law of the World Trade Organization, relevant branches of the Kazakh law is revealed, the points of interaction are found and the process of harmonization of their rules, which should provide assistance to Kazakhstan in its entry into the World Trade Organization is shown.
