RATIO OF THE CONCEPTS "BANK OPERATION" AND "BANK TRANSAC

Abstract

The author raises the issue of the definition of "banking" and the relationship between the concepts of "banking" and "banking transaction", and provides a variety of view of academic lawyers. Therefore, it is important to distinguish between banking operations and banking transactions; banking operation should not be seen as a special kind of bank transactions, these concepts are not identical.
