Crimes against justice impede seriously the normal work of law enforcement agencies against criminality. They undermine the authority of the above mentioned organs and very often are accompanied by encroachments upon personal immunity and interest. That’s why the fight against crimes is one of the most important and vital problems of criminal law. This thesis considers the problems of Republic of Kazakhstan criminal legislature improvement, the efficiency increase of law enforcement agencies activity against the criminality. Particular attention is paid in the perfection of law enforcement practice, improvement of preventive activities. The activities of the court, public presenter, investigation and inquiry bodies have been analysed, the suggestions on shortcomings elimination have been formulated.
