Abstract

In article problems of criminalization of the acts made against objects of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. The author on the basis of research of scientific and standard sources analyzes the structures of crimes established by the Criminal code, characterizes signs of structures of these crimes.
