LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVE IN KAZAKHSTAN: CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

The Article is devoted to the issues of implementation of the right of legislative initiative in Kazakhstan. Activity of the President of the RK, the Government and the deputies of the Parliament as legal entities of a legislative initiative is analyzed. Experience of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on initiation of draft laws is considered. The unused sphere for legislative activity of Kazakhstan deputies is revealed.
