The article deals with the problem of establishing the functions of state bodies in the field of entrepreneurial activity in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author analyzes some of the laws on the subject of accurate and complete set of functions of state bodies in the field of entrepreneurship as a guarantee of performance and suggests ways to improve the legal provisions.
