Abstract

In this article some tendencies of development of institute of protection of the persons which were injured from crimes are designated. The short analysis of foreign experiment on protection and restoration of the violated rights and freedoms of victims from crimes is shown. Legislative measures for formation of institute of support of victims in Kazakhstan are offered.
