Abstract

In the article the author makes an analysis of the legal basis of cooperation between the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community, Court of Justice of the European Union and judicial organs of the member states of these organisations in the context of interpretation and application of international agreements concluded in a framework of these international organisations and acts of their organs and institution. In the article the author explains the complex approach of the European Union Law to this question and shows problems concerning the law of the Eurasian Economic Comminity in relation to that issue.
