INTERNATIONAL LEGAL TOOLS OF THE CUSTOMS UNION AND THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY

Abstract

In a scientific article explores current issues of interstate integration in the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Community. The authors determined the specificity of the international instruments mentioned integration organizations, identifies the sources of legal regulation of the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Community. Conducted a comparative legal analysis of the constitutional and legislative regulations of the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation on the issue of determining the place and role of the decisions taken by the authorities of the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Community, the legal systems of these countries.

Conclusions and suggestions for further promotion of integration in the future Eurasian Economic Union and improve the efficiency of interaction between states.
