SYSTEM OF LAW FROM THE ASPECT OF LAW POLYCENTRISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of interpretation of “system of law”, the fundamental category of jurisprudence, study of which should be based upon the principles of synergy and law polycentrism. The attention is paid to the fact, that system of law is objectively stipulated by social relationships, national, historical and cultural factors consolidation of law elements, to which self-regulation and dynamism are inherent.
