THE QUESTIONS OF FIGHT AGAINST FRAUD IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

In this article the author examines some issues in the fight against fraud in the light of the humanization of the criminal law of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The history of emergence of this type of the crime, existing means and methods of fight against it as fraud is represented by one of the most dangerous and widespread types of criminal activity by whom the enormous damage is caused to the population and the republic as a whole are analyzed. Besides, a number of the conceptual directions in the sphere of a humanization of the criminal law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is shined.
