Abstract

In the article an author is expose the basic lines of objects of industrial property in the system of right of
intellectual ownership. Also, an attempt is accepted on determination of legal nature of objects of industrial
property in Republic Kazakhstan and consideration of features of national legislation, which fastens the
order of grant of legal safeguard these objects
