Abstract

Nowadays the problem of firms’ acknowledgment of criminal subjects is one of more developed and
disputable in Kazakhstan science. The legislators of Anglo-Saxon system of low did not see the problem
in establishment of such responsibility, however in continental Europe recognition of juridical persons by
subjects of criminal law met serious obstacles connected with the basis of classical criminal law RomanoGermanic system
