Abstract

In article some questions of a criminal liability on struggle against illegal circulation of narcotics and
psychotropic substances in the Azerbaijan Republic and Islamic Republic Iran are considered. On the basis
of the comparative analysis it is revealed that a criminal liability for considered acts more strict and legal
regulation more detailed in IRI than in АR.
