Abstract

This article describes the basics of anti-corruption analysis in the ongoing monitoring of existing legal
regulations, which would meet the real needs of modern society in Kazakhstan. The author examines the
theoretical issues facing the legal monitoring, analysis in terms of anti-corruption legislation (for example,
the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
