Abstract

The article focuses on the dialectical relationship between the supreme legal force and the legal quality of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Displays legal and linguistic errors detected in the course of legal and linguistic analysis.

In order to ensure the higher legal force of the Constitution it is necessary to solve its legal issues as well as language challenges. Only highest legal and linguistic qualities can provide the historical significance of the Constitution to society and the State.
