THE LEGAL CONTENT OF THE EXPORT AND IMPORT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN KAZAKHSTAN BASED ON THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE WTO AND THE OECD

Abstract

This article deals with the disclosure of the legal content of exports and imports of agricultural products in accordance with the requirements of the World Trade Organization and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The right of foreign trade in agricultural products in Kazakhstan is in communication with the law of the WTO and the OECD. How best to achieve this cooperation: this goal is one of the main purposes of the study of these issues.
