THE ROLE OF PROSECUTOR AND THE FORMS OF PARTICIPATION IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEW CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE

Abstract

The article attempts to comprehensively analyze the forms of prosecutor’s participation in the civil litigation. The author considers reducing of prosecutor’s participation in the civil litigation as a priority of its improvement. According to the author’s opinion, the role of a prosecutor in the civil litigation should be clearly defined and mostly confined to the representation of state interests in a court.
