Abstract

In the article the issues of regulation of credit companies under the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are examined, a comparative analysis with other financial institutions is carried out, as well as foreign experience is studied, on the basis of which appropriate recommendations to improve the rules of law in this area were made.
