Abstract

This article deals with some aspects of the fight against criminal offenses, encroaching on ecological safety in the context of the New Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Analyzed policy documents governing the fight against environmental crime, differentiated organ function leading the fight against environmental crime.

The authors offer a more effective measures to prevent criminal offenses, encroaching on ecological safety.
