Abstract

This article discusses about some ways of the improving the national legislation of Kazakhstan in the field of intellectual property according with the implementation of the occurrence of the problem among the 30 developed countries of the world. The analysis of the article "Agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan" (December 21, 2015, Astana) concerns on improving the protection of intellectual property.
