Abstract

In Russia and Belarus since 2008 and 2014 accordingly, the Labor Codes contain specific chapters regulating the work in the field of professional sports with states on the admissibility of the temporary transfer of such workers to another employer, accompanied by the suspension of the main employment contract. Their enforcement mechanism is accompanied by some challenges: salary, term of the employment contract under the rules of suspension, fulfillment of the condition on the reason for the temporary transfer and others. The author offers the legal solutions to the above challenges.
