Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of legal regulation of activity of public associations. The author proposes to improve some legal norms regarding expansion of the circle of the founders and members of public associations, as well as in matters of territorial restriction of activities of public associations, and others.
