LEGAL PROBLEMS OF THE IMPACT OF ENERGY ON THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EAEU IN THE LIGHT OF THE EXPERIENCE OF EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

This paper analyzes the degree of the negative impact of power plants on the environment and its neutralization within the Eurasian Economic Union as well as in law and practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a sovereign state, as a member of the Union of Integration - EAEU. This article is dedicated virtually to all types of energy in the territory of Kazakhstan, and in the space of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author leads the integration of the European Union experience in the interrelated fields of energy, environment and attempts to link it with the Kazakh legislative experience and the possibility of taking it into account in the activities of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of energy and environment.
