The article deals with the problems in the field of child support in Russia, Kazakhstan. The author analyzes the situation in the area of child support of minor children in the Republic of Kazakhstan and proposes measures to address the problems in this area. Explore the international and historical experience of the application of mechanisms to improve the security of minors alimony.
