This article discusses the concept of foreign economic transactions in civil law, a number of features and its peculiarities. At present, one of the main directions of the world economy is to increase trade between countries. These relations are formalized by foreign economic transactions, which by their nature are close to civil law relations. Due to the interaction of states in the economic sphere, there is a growing interest in the scientific study of foreign economic transactions. Neither the civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan nor other national legislation defines a foreign economic transaction. The procedure for concluding foreign economic transactions is not simple, it is often preceded by a long process of negotiations and agreements on many issues. All this is complicated by the conflict of interest that the parties choose when entering into an international treaty.
