Abstract

In the focus of this article are the principles and values enshrined in the Constitution. These are the values of the rule of law, freedom, democracy, justice, which are fundamental and primary for us. Defined by the Constitution as the art of kind and just the author emphasizes the enormous creative potential that lies in the Basic Law.
