Abstract

 

This article provides a comparative analysis of «Regulation Karamola» Abay as a condition for improving the new criminal and criminal-procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors give the exact application of evidence «Regulation Karamola» in the new Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
