Abstract

On the basis of a comparative analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan the article deals with the protection issues of the constitutional right of every person for the inviolability of  his private life. Attention is drawn to the new legislative solutions in art. 147 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014, which are of particular interest and can be used for the improvement of the Russian criminal law.
