Abstract

The article reviewed the problem of compliance (authenticity) the civil legislation vocabulary and the terms of some sectoral legislations. Translation polyvarieties examples of Special part of the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan are studied, and also there are proposals for their elimination.
