STATE SUPPORT FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

International experience shows that without the provision of state support small businesses are doomed to bankruptcy, as they are very vulnerable to all market changes and shocks. However, the small business performs a stabilizing function in the economy, can create and maintain a competitive environment, and provides equal access to the implementation of business for all participants. In the current circumstances it is necessary to use the full range of measures, both economic and administrative measures in order to create optimal conditions for the development of small and medium enterprises in our country.
