EFFICIENCY OF USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN CONCLUDING TRANSACTIONS

The article points out that due to the development of the internet, electronic commerce can be an effective tool for competition development, as it will give significant impetus to the growth of entrepreneurial activity in electronic transactions. The significance of the level of confidence in each other of the electronic transaction participants is taken into account, that is, if the parties, the more they conclude successful transactions at a distance, the better this positively affects the growth of electronic commerce. The article also focuses on the negative aspects that have arisen as a result of the development of new technologies, in particular, an increase in unemployment or a decrease in the level of the post, the risk of improper execution of electronic transactions and fraudulent crimes committed through the Internet in recent years.
In addition, in order to distinguish between types of electronic commerce, they are divided into segments, in particular «business to business», «business to consumer» и «consumer to consumer», are considered the feature and the occupied place in the trading arena, conducted in electronic form and take into account implementation, not relying on the needs of special services of intermediary speculators, as a convenient way to regulate electronic commerce. The author focuses on the fact that electronic commerce is carried out both from computer and mobile phone, and its number is increasing every year.
The article notes that according to the rating of trade development, using information and communication technologies among hundreds of countries of the world, Kazakhstan is moving forward from year to year. Today, problematic issues are being raised that create inconvenience to the development of electronic commerce, cited by the Department of Trade Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
